Taco Chili
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef or turkey

1 can (15oz) sweet corn (don't drain)

1 can (15oz) black beans (don't drain)

1 can (15oz) red kidney beans (don't drain)

1 can (15oz) tomato sauce

1 cup of your favorite salsa

3 Tbsp (1oz) taco seasoning

1 tsp kosher salt
-
Shredded cheese, sour cream, avocado, hot sauce, and your favorite toppings

Instructions:

In a large slow cooker, combine ground beef or turkey, corn, beans, salsa, tomato sauce, salt and taco seasoning. Make sure to add the liquid from the cans of corn and beans.

Stir to combine the ingredients, cover, and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.

Serve hot with Rose Sisters Chips and your favorite toppings.

NOTE: Some customers preferred to sauté the ground meat before adding to the crock pot. This isn't necessary but may add to the depth of flavor and texture.
